Bioscapes
I have always been fascinated by microbiology, microscopy, and life sciences. The things that exist fully-formed in their own universes but exist on scales so small that we need special instruments to see them. The things we can feel and intuitively know but we cannot see, like the blood in our veins or the cells in our bodies. In these works, I am inspired by cells, microscopic organisms, organic structures, energetic movement. I imagine things that live in the deep, in the dark, and bring them to light.
